Do I need a tech background or a degree to break into SaaS sales?
No. I had a music education degree and zero coding experience when I started. SaaS companies hire SDRs and AEs based on coachability, communication skills, and grit — not technical background. The Blueprint walks you through exactly which skills you already have.
Is this realistic for a working mom with kids at home?
Yes — and arguably easier than a 9-to-5 office job. Most modern SaaS sales roles are fully remote, with flexible hours and uncapped commission. You write the calls and emails on your schedule. The income I make would not be possible for me as a teacher with a packed school day.
How long does it take to land that first SaaS sales job?
Most women I coach land their first SDR or BDR offer within 60–120 days of starting. Some go faster, some take longer.
