From email to first session.

  1. 01

    Free 15-min fit call

    We do a Zoom. I learn where you are in the pivot, what your timeline is, what your specific situation looks like. By minute 12 we both know if 1:1 is the right tier or if the cohort fits better.

  2. 02

    Pre-work intake

    Once you book, I send a 12-question intake. You return your résumé, your LinkedIn URL, your target companies, and what specifically you want to walk out with. I read all of it before our first session.

  3. 03

    First session within 7 days

    Power Hours typically book within 3 days. Hire-Me-In starts the following Monday. VIP Days are scheduled within 14 days, often a Saturday so we have the full block uninterrupted.

  4. 04

    We do the work

    Every session is recorded so you can re-watch. All artifacts (rewritten résumé, LinkedIn copy, mock-call recordings, comp scripts) go into your shared Google Drive.

How is this different from the Masterclass or the Mastermind?

Masterclass is the self-paced library. Mastermind is the group cohort. 1:1 Coaching is direct — me, you, your résumé open in front of us, your specific interview tomorrow. It's the highest-touch tier and it's priced accordingly.

Who's the right fit for the Power Hour?

Someone with a specific, time-bound problem: a final-round interview Friday, a comp negotiation due Monday, a hiring-manager call you want to mock. We do the work in 60 minutes — not a discovery call, real work.

Who's the right fit for Hire-Me-In?

Someone who's serious about landing an SDR offer in the next 60–90 days and wants me on the bench through the entire pivot. We meet weekly for 6 weeks. Between sessions, you have async Loom feedback and Slack DM access for tactical questions.

Who's the right fit for the VIP Day?

Is this refundable?

Power Hour: yes — refunded in full if I don't deliver something actionable in the first 30 minutes. Hire-Me-In and VIP Day: not refundable once we begin work, because the entire package is calibrated around your specific situation. I'll do a free 15-minute fit call before either to make sure we're a good match.
