By using SaaSy Sales Mom (the website, the free Blueprint, the Masterclass, the Mastermind cohort, or any related materials) you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

All programs and content are educational in nature. They are not guarantees of employment, income, or specific job placement. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, geography, and dozens of other factors we don't control.

Refunds

• Free Blueprint: free, no refund needed.
• Masterclass (self-paced): 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@thesalesmom.com within 30 days of purchase, share the workbook exercises you completed for the first three modules, and we'll refund you in full.
• Mastermind cohort: non-refundable once the cohort kicks off. We honor seat transfers within the same cohort window in case of major life events.

Intellectual property

All content — videos, templates, scripts, workbooks, the Blueprint PDF, and the brand assets — is the property of SaaSy Sales Mom LLC. You may use the materials inside your own job search and career; you may not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials.

Community guidelines

The SaaSy Sales Mom community is intended to be a supportive, confidential space for women navigating this transition. We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or pitching unrelated services to other students. Violation results in immediate removal without refund.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSy Sales Mom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
